KirOtic 4L is a bactericide, fungicide, anti-inflammatory and analgesic that acts in acute otitis media and chronic suppurative otitis. Due to the action of dexamethasone, it helps reduce inflammation of the otic mucosa. It acts against Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria such as: Proteus spp, Staphylococcus spp, Pseudomona spp, Streptococcus spp. Due to its ketoconazole content, it is effective against Malassezia pachydermatis.
